Introduction	Gary Stubenfoll moved to the Bull Shoals Lake/White River area from Downer's Grove, IL in 1974. He joined the staff at Beaman Realty in 1988. He is a member of Rotary International and a former 10-year director at the local Chamber of Commerce. He is a dedicated Real Estate Professional and Certified Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. He has received the highest awards from the North Central Board, including the Diamond, Platinum and Gold. In addition to listing and selling real estate, Gary is the owner of Stubenfoll Construction, Inc., a fully licensed and insured company that is highly reputable and versatile for new home construction projects, as well as remodeling and home additions. In his spare time, Gary enjoys the challenge of racing at North Central Arkansas Speedway on the 3/8-mile dirt track, located just 15 minutes from Bull Shoals Dam. He also enjoys fly-fishing on the famous White River, bass fishing on the beautiful Bull Shoals and Norfork Lakes, also participating in many local fishing tournaments.
