| Introduction | I began to contemplate my being-ness when I was forty-five, after I realized that I did not have a clue as to who I was, how I function and what this thing is that we call ‘life’. I was constantly told that there is a God, and there was creation, and there was a Bible, and that the Bible was a very smart book. Luckily I accepted those statements as merely a general speculation based on not so solid evidence. As I moved from one country to another and learned different cultures and languages and adapted to different styles of life I confess that I remained nevertheless ignorant. My consciousness was no consciousness at all except for that I only am. Then, only thirty years ago I was brought head to head with the truth. As my relationship with the universe changed I began to perceive life in a more holistic and peaceful way. |
