| Introduction | Biography Molly and Joe Murphy have been in Real Estate for 3 years, and have quickly become one of the top real estate teams in Manatee and Sarasota counties. Prior to 9/11 Joe was training to be a comercial pilot, however the job outlook looked dim after 9/11 so they decided to get started in Real Estate. For 2003, their first full year they were named 'Top New Agent for the Region', and were ranked in the top 4% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide with over 10 million dollars in sales and over 50 transactions. For 2004 they continue to dominate, and are again in the top 4% worldwide, in the top 20 agents in Manatee County, and have sold over 65 homes. To date the Murphy team has sold over 25 million dollars in real estate, and helped over 120 families buy or sell a home! |
