Introduction	I currently reside in central Texas. I have my bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in mental health, and I am getting ready to embark on a new adventure in graduate school. I love throwing around heavy weights, doing yoga...and I also love food. I also suffer from horrible allergies, and asthma, as do some of my children, and my boyfriend Justin. Eating a healthy, natural diet is my way of taking our health back. Sharing with you, is my way of trying to show others that a healthy diet and life are doable for all.
