Introduction	I'm an optimistic, nature-loving person who takes enormous pleasure in learning about the world and my place in it. Despite becoming legally blind at age 17, my life is full and interesting. Thanks to accessibility software on my computer and smart phone, I research and blog about family history, host a podcast on charity knitting, write poetry, and devour an average of 80 books a year in audio format. I am married with two grown-up daughters and get around with the help of a driver and my guide dog Tango.
