Introduction	I teach high school math at Buhler High School in Buhler, KS. In 2006, I became a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in Young Adulthood Mathematics. Recently I have been blessed to have some recognition for my teaching and leadership; including the PAEMST National Finalist and 2009 Kansas Teacher of the Year. In 2010, I was named the Kansas State College of Education Alumni Fellow -GO CATS! What I have found is - the accolades just make me want to work harder and learn more about education. I have two amazing sons and am married to a high school principal.
