Introduction	I am a young, modern grandmother. My daughter is 21 years old, my granddaughter is 3 years old, and my grandson is 9 months old. Over the last 4 years I have gone through a major transformation - physical, emotional, and spiritual. I've lost 115 pounds without surgery, pills or fad diets. I also gained my independence and developed strength and and courage. I choose to be happy and have joy in life. It is my intention to help others with their own transformation by sharing my experiences. I will also share fun stuff with Previews, Giveaways, and Deals.
