After being educated at kohinoor IMI (khandala, Mumbai) Royce began his culinary journey at le Meridien and then moved to The Fairmont Dubai. Having spent 4 years in the pastry shop mastering various techniques Royce moved to the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr as a Chocolatier...!!! |
