| Introduction | Dave Dettmann is a professional real estate agent, speaker, trainer & coach. He has been active in the business since 1988. He holds over 30 sales awards & certificates. In 2009, at the height of the national mortgage crisis and in the face of the worst recession our nation has ever seen since the great depression, he personally sold over 100 homes. Dave is founder & CEO of "Real Estate Agents Edge", an 8-week tough-market coaching program which launched January 1st, 2008. He is a graduate of the South Florida Speakers University, and a member of the National Speakers Association-Central Florida and Speakers Academy, Central Florida. Dave is licensed in both Wisconsin and Florida. His first book titled "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Truth About Real Estate Sales", a survival guide for real estate agents, is due for release in mid-2010.
