| Introduction | I'm a 28 year old army wife. I've always expected the best from myself though at times it is difficult to keep up so I just give up. I'm trying to find balance with food and exercise and I suppose logging and obsessing is all I know. I've been eating disordered since 8. That's the first time I can remember turning down food because I was "fat" and "on a diet". (At the time all the adults thought it was adorable). I'm quirky, socially awkward and love reading. I'm in school right now to be a massage therapist so I'm a stay at home mom/student. |
