Introduction	In 2003, I started making cakes, cookies and other dessers for living,at that moment my passion for baking started... now some years after, I have an engineering job, a family, I live in Trinidad and Tobago... and the feelings for going back to my niche "baking" have come back, I have the need to do things that I really enjoy... be happy. I want to do things for simply happiness. I decided to make a small step ...I will write about things that I love, and I will do it only because make me feel good. I write this blog to honour my brother Luis, who died in July of this year, in a car accident, he always did things that he loved, leave things that do not make him feel good... he had a happy life, a wonderful family and leave us with amaizing lessons in life, where family goes first and enjoy life with your family is the most important thing to do... He gave me energy to look inside of me and bring out what is good.
