| Introduction | Hi,I am SavithaRaj a Physical Therapist, per me great chef's are not born, but greatness is achieved through ones dedicated journey through the cooking world. I view cooking as another science, which can be mastered by practice and a palate to redefine taste. This blog is my tribute for my love for cooking. One need not sweat all day to cook an extraordinary meal and it is not a celestial art passed between goddesses, so don’t fret. I am daughter of Mrs.Shanthi and Mr.Subramaniam, and thank god for giving me such wonderful parents. After getting married to the most wonderful person in my life, Mr.Raj, I have been trying to find my mark in cooking, through various trails and errors, as you would have to do with many things in life! My first and best gurus in this expedition are my mom and husband. Thanks a ton to both of you !!!!. At this point, as I stand on the shoulders of giants, I would like to contribute my speckles of knowledge, so that someone else might not go through the trials and tribulations. My goal is to provide any one with tried and tested ways of cooking different recipes, I will try my best to stick to this, welcome and join me on this virtual journey. |
