Introduction	I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over 10 years ago and both my children are gluten and dairy intolerant. I strive to live, what I call, gluten free naturally. I love the outdoors and spend a lot of time in it; hiking, running, playing with the kids and walking my best furry friend, Carly.
