| Introduction | Creativity needs an outlet, whether it be photography, baking, sewing, or crafting handmade cards. Creativity is in my blood: my mom was a designer for Ford Motors in Detroit; my dad's tool and die shop designed and created parts for automobiles and other complex machinery. My paternal grandfather was a portrait painter for the royal family of Sweden; my maternal grandmother and my sister were also painters, with a wide range of subjects.
Me... I love colorful, clean design. I try to incorporate that into the things I create, be they cards, scrapbook pages, sewing projects, or the interiors of my home's rooms. The only other thing I put into my designs is... love. |
