| Introduction | I wear several hats - wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. I love them all very much. I enjoy reading, swimming and taking a nap on lazy Saturday or Sunday afternoons. I love history with an inheritated passion. I do not like change very much. I procrastinate too much. I am a homegirl - I would rather be at home, in my jammies readng a book or just watching TV than go out and do something with a friend. I love loud thunderstorms especially if I am at home and all those that I love are all home safe too. I want to see a tornado and ride in a 747 Jumbo jet before I leave this Earth! On April 21, 2006 the love of my life passed away. The grief never goes away, it is an emotional roller coaster. I am lucky enough to have family and friends that are here for me during the bad times. A friend of mine found this phrase not long after Bruce passed and sent it to me. I LOVE the words. ..... Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts and we are never ever the same.... |
