| Introduction | My name is Patrick Wood, but you can just call me Pat. I decided to make a simple Access Database one day and I had no idea what I was getting into. I learned database development, Access SQL, and VBA. I fell in love with programming and software development. I began to work with other Microsoft Office programs. I learned to develop Microsoft Office Applications so different Office Programs would work together to make using Office easier and more productive. I also decided to develop my own website using ASP.Net and Visual Basic--my Gaining Access site. I am presently learning to use C#, an additional ASP.Net programming language. I love to help others and I find satisfaction in developing software solutions that make things easier for others. I also love the outdoors, history, and trying to play the guitar. |
