Introduction	I am a POST-transplant heart patient living in Boise, ID. I grew up in the midwest and until 1997 called Chicago and the surrounding suburbs home. I have since lived in Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Utah and Idaho. I am very interested in raising money for a foundation to assist patients with medical costs and I am glad to say I continue to enjoy my post transplant life.
