| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom of two beautiful children. A daughter who just turned 4, and a 2 1/2 year old son. My son is severely developmentally delayed in the areas of his gross and fine motor skills. This adds many challenges to our everyday routine and is the reason I am staying home to focus on his progress. My daughter is an extremely precocious and independent ray of light who I am regularly amazed by. I am also (in my spare time, ha ha) working on my first children's book. I have previously illustrated a book published last spring but this will be my first attempt as author and illustrator. I am constantly juggling my roles as mother, wife and artist and usually finding some kind of balance between the three. My life is truly blessed and I really couldn’t ask for more. |
