Introduction	Since I have been "on my own", I have had my fingers in so many things. I am hoping this blog will begin some lively discussions. I have lots of ideas, thoughts and stuff I would like to share and talk to others about. I rarely struggle with things in isolation and so hope this will, in some small way, let us talk about things together. It should work like most blogs.
