| Introduction | I grew up in Lexington MA; went to Alma College and the University of Michigan. Later in life, I went back to school at Seattle University. I have lived in the Seattle area since I was in my 20’s. Presently I live in Lacey at Panorama with my partner, Beth. I have 2 adult children and 3 grandsons. I have written both prose and poetry for many years now. At first, it was part of my healing and now is something that can be more public. I retired last September from being a spiritual director and look forward to having more time to write. I have good intentions of actually putting more on this blog now. I am a photographer and enjoy writing poems to go with the photographs – ekphrastic poetry. We moved to Lacey in the midst of the pandemic, which is a strange time to move.
