Introduction	I am passionate (obsessive) about kayaking and the outdoors. Whether I am floating around in the ocean, or exploring our amazing coastline by foot, I am always happiest and most at peace when immersed in nature. My other obsessions (interests) include - Japanese Martial Arts, Eastern Philosophy, History & Culture, Travel, Literature, and I may even inflict some classical poetry on you once in a while. While this Blog will be predominantly about kayaking, I promise to keep it interesting when I digress. :)
Interests	Kayaking, bush walking, mountain biking, snorkelling, kayaking, wildlife,anything outdoors, martial Arts, culture, history, literature, poetry... oh, and did I mention kayaking?
Favorite music	Classical, Classic rock, Eighties....
Favorite books	Chaucer's Canturbury Tales, Complete poems of Robert Southey. Essays of Walter Murdoch, Alexander Pope, Boethius... many many more, plus anything by Terry Pratchett!
