Introduction	I am a wife, mother of two, and a research scientist at a very successful contract research organization. I have been told many times that I have missed my calling as a caterer or chef so I have decided to pursue a self-owned dessert catering business. I can't imagine a life with out sweets and treats. My husband gave me the name, "The Sweet Connoisseur" because he considers me to be an expert in all things sweet and tasty.
