Introduction	I am a sustainability education/demonstration centre located in the small town of Via Grande, Sicily. I currently house a collection of men and women from all walks of life who have dedicated themselves to my creation and to educating the world about sustainability practices, Permaculture, urban gardening, slow food preparation, preservation of traditional methods, alternative energy uses, and general environmentally ethical living.
