| Introduction | I created this blog to reach out to others struggling with anxiety or panic disorder! I have been struggling with both for 6 years now. Some days are more difficult than others. Hopefully there will be more to this blog than just my personal challenges coping with anxiety! :) I am currently a student, I plan to hold a degree in nursing and clinical massage when I'm done with school.
