Introduction	I'm from a family of 12 children. My parents and siblings, along with my husband of 50 years and my daughter and her family are the best gifts God could ever give me. My parents were married 61 years the year that my Dad passed away and my Mom went to heaven four years later. I met my husband in the 7th grade and we were married one year after we graduated from High School. My parents instilled a strong love of God in us. They also taught us how wonderful life can be and gave us a love for nature, music and respect for others. I've always been an admirer of art and artists and have a dear friend who is an artist. One day, after attending an Art Exhibit of Frida Kahlo's work in San Antonio, I sat down and attempted to do a pencil drawing of her from the brochure we brought home. I was surprised with the results and started looking on the Internet for help and inspiration...and so it goes...
