Introduction	I just finished my degree in Elementary Education and am substitute teaching while my husband Greg and I are expecting a baby boy in February 2013. We eat vegetarian (mostly vegan) here at our house, and I love to share ideas and recipes with others. I also hope to show people that healthy food can be amazingly delicious and is not so very difficult! I'm also married to a pretty awesome guy, who I hope can make some cameos here in this blog. We like to call the way we live our little life "Hosstyle".
