| Introduction | I am a recent graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, and I am receiving a Fulbright Research Grant for 2012-2013. I will live in Kosovo researching their judicial reform since independence in 2008. In law school, I worked for the American Bar Association's Rule of Law Initiative in Yerevan, Armenia and the Criminal Justice Division of the United Nations in Vienna.
