Introduction	As you will see from the title, this blog is all about food. Not only do I eat food but I cook it for a living. I changed career and went to cooking school. In 2004 I went out into the big wide world of out side catering and soon after in 2005 set up my catering company, Rococo. It is my intention to not just cook food but to discuss it. There are so many new ideas, new ways I don't want to sit here and not know about them. Equally, nor should you. This forum will give everyone the opportunity to do more and more.
