Introduction	I am a woman, who roamed the world - mostly Australia and England - then came home to the town I was born in. I discovered embroidery at an early age but only did crocheting and cross stitch while I lived in England in the 80's. In 1990 I was introduced to the Victorian Embroidery Guild and I have discovered much since. My first beading class was making wonderful tassels and silk bows. The tutor was a courtier/passementarie designer and did exquisite bead work on all sorts of clothing. Since returning to NZ in 1995 I have learnt more about beading and have been teaching night class (adult education) in embroidery and beading techinques to a dedicated group of ladies.
