Introduction I'm a coach and a teacher and as part of my coaching program in promoting happiness and good mental health, I strongly advocate the use of music and dance therapy. The decision to become a coach and devote my spare time to personal development was not one that I arrived at easily. Prior to commencing my counseling studies, I first completed law, arts and masters degrees. I practiced as a lawyer for a while and then went back to university to study teaching, as I decided that I wanted a career in which I could share knowledge. Over the years, I have found 2 things to be truly helpful: expressive arts and teaching. So having worked as a teacher for over a year, it became clear to me that what I really wanted to also be able to teach were the two things that had helped me through the toughest times in my life: so I decided to combine them. My hope is that I can share with people the benefits of music and free movement and how this, combined with positive and creative thinking and the learning of practical life skills can dramatically change quality of life and lead to happier and healthier living.
