Introduction	I was pretty sick for a lot of my younger years and that started me on a search to understand health & healing, which went on to led me on a search to figure out who I really am. It’s an ongoing search to this day! Anything I post, and all my beliefs, are like a notice at a train station that has in fine print at the bottom “subject to change without notice”! With the help of some wonderful methods, every day I discover something new about myself, and I now realise that I am not who I thought I was at all. How truly liberating! These days my health is great, I’m living the life of my dreams and I am eternally grateful for having the luxury of time to learn, meditate, and share what I learn with others. Having regained my health with the aid of many people and methods, I understand how much time and money can go into becoming well. The Self Healing portal website and newsletter are part of my passion to share what I’ve learnt to assist others’ on their journey, without spending a fortune. I truly believe that as each of us finds ways to be more at peace with ourselves, the world becomes a more peaceful place. Thanks for joining me on this mission.
