Introduction	Follow me on my journey of self-care practices. I am a mom of a 3 year-old, I work full time for a government agency. I will be starting a Graduate studies in the Fall 2019 while working FT. I am in recovery, 09/15/13 is my recovery birthday. I have to adjust to a new life style and become discipline before school starts. I need to be discipline to put myself first so I can stay sane and take care of my kiddo. Without being selfish, I cannot help others. Help me stay accountable and share with me your thoughts and ideas.

Favorite movies	Natural born Killers, Faster Pussy Cat Kill Kill, too many-it would take too long.
Favorite music	All kinds...just depends on my mood. Mars Volta, Aphex Twin, Deftones, White Stripes, Band of Horses, Bike for Three etc.
Favorite books	Mind stimulating books.
