| Introduction | I'm the winemaker at Mount Majura Vineyard, in the Canberra District. For me, wine is about expression of the fruit that the vineyard gives, more than about imposing the style preference of the winemaker. Logically then, we use fewer additives rather than more, but everything is assessed on its merits and we're open to innovation. |
