| Introduction | I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and spent many years in the Insurance industry in IT and Sales. Several years ago I began a journey to bring balance to my life. I left the insurance industry for an opportunity to develop a Christian bookstore at a large church campus and I also became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I have completed additional college certification in Nutrition for Fitness and wellness. My life passion has evolved into natural health as I strive to age gracefully. Are you feeling overscheduled, overextended, and overstressed? Having any out of control sugar cravings and difficulty maintaining a healthy weight? Either way, you've come to the right place. I specialize in working with people who prefer prevention and a more natural alternative to health and wellness. Let me help you discover wellness - naturally. The way God intended our bodies to work. We are beautifully designed, but our modern life has taken it's toll. It happenned to me all too quickly. |
