Introduction	I am just a simple guy who enjoys drinking and researching wine. I don’t claim to be an expert just because I have read a couple of wine books. I created this blog to help educate myself through research of content. My hope is that others can benefit from my posts also. I don’t have a long history with wine. I have only been drinking wine for about 7 years. After you deduct 3 years of drinking cheap wines that really only leaves 4 years. The average cost of bottle I drink ranges from $15 - $25. I enjoy collecting wine. I own a 24 bottle wine cooler that’s typically full. I have bottles in my cooler that I have saved for 3 years. The oldest bottle in my cooler is a Napa Valley Cabernet vintage 1999. The most expensive is a French Bordeaux Grand Cru, Chateau La Forge Vintage 2001. My favorite everyday wine is Shiloh Road - Sonoma County Syrah, vintage 2009. My 2 favorite wines are Pinot Noir and Cabernet sauvignon. I hope that you can learn something from my blog.
