Introduction	I am 35 years old and a survivor of Ewings Sarcoma - a rare form bone cancer, specific to children and young adults. Part of my cancer treatment was a complete amputation of my left leg. I am a mother to one son, Nick, and a wife to a wonderful, wonderful man, Richard. I am the youngest of seven children, and a twin - one of my most cherished blessings in life. I am a Catholic christian but would describe myself more as spiritual, rather than religious. I have been blessed to be an English teacher and counselor for at-risk high school students. I am currently a stay at home mom, wife, writer, and artist.
Interests	Family, family, family. Arts and crafts, knitting, fishing, tacky reality shows, one (un-named) tacky soap opera, READING, spending time with my girlfriends, snuggling with my hubbie.
Favorite movies	Somethings Gotta Give, Dead Poets Society, Mr. Holland's Opus, Cutting Edge, Phenomenon, The Notebook
Favorite music	All of it - minus heavy metal and vulgar rap.
Favorite books	O Pioneers!, Plain Truth, The Glass Castle...ugh! Too many for an English teacher to name.

My psychiatrist's. I haven't memorized it yet, and who knows when I might have an "episode" as my husband calls them!
