Introduction	I’m a single woman in my early 30’s. I love exercise and am somewhat of a goal junkie. I like to set goals, meet or exceed them and then move on to the next. I haven’t always been like this though...this is new for me in the past 3-4 years. I’m still getting to know my new self. I strive for continuous personal growth every day. I love where I’m at and the excitement of where I’m headed.
