Introduction	Created by someone who likes to stir once in a while in the Kitchen trying to create something new every-time. Not a professional cook but a passionate one whose learning basically evolves around old family recipes, online videos and blogs, TV cookery shows etc. Not a fan of rule of thumb cooking but adaptive cooking. There is a lot of restrictive cooking and the items available are purely vegetarian w/o the use of any meat /egg/onion/garlic. Challenging yet a breather for those who have restrictive eating habits.
