| Introduction | Sometimes we need a place to hide. Sometimes we need a place to vent. For me, this is both. We are raising two autistic children in a world where autism is seen as something wrong or bad. In OUR world, neither is true. We are different. We run our lives differently. We are honest, raw, and hold nothing back. Our family is a gift. We all have gifts. As parents, we sometimes ignore our own. Well, no more. I am and always will be a writer in my heart. It is time to remember that! |
