| Introduction | A qualified mechanical engineer from (now IIT) Roorkee. Winner of a Scholarship for studying the Italian langauge at Perugia, Italy. Selected for an UNCTAD-GATT fellowship course in International Marketing at the Italian Institute of Foreign Trade, Rome. A Founder-Member of the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (Northern India). Awarded the Title of Cavaliere (meaning Knight) by the President of Italy. All this would not have been possible without the support of my able wife. Since my college days I have been writing; Poetry in Hindi; Prose and Jokes in English!
