Introduction	Nathan & I have been married since December 1998 and our life together has been very full. We added to the fullness when we adopted and brought Iliya home from Russia in August 2007.
Interests	Spending time with family & friends, reading, photography, working out, sign language, canoeing, & backpacking
Favorite movies	Nathan can watch just about "anything" and I (Melissa), absolutely will not go for anything that has any blood/gore/scary, aspect to it., I'm also not a fan of very suspenseful movies, but I like things with a good plot, so as long as it doesn't have lots of yucky, (or tons of "jump out at you") stuff, I can tolerate watching it (and in the end, generally end up finding that I've enjoyed it!) All that to say I'd rather just read the book. Iliya is not a big movie watcher, but he does love Wizard of Oz!
Favorite music	Just about anything -- just depends on the day.
Favorite books	the Bible, A Tale of Two Cities, Wuthering Heights & Rebecca (M), the Harry Potter series (N), anything by Nora Roberts/J.D. Robb, Harlen Coben, or Janet Evanovich (M), anything by Sue Grafton or Dean Koontz (N)
