Introduction	So I am a college kid double majoring in Information Science and Psychology. It's my senior year and part of my bucket list this year is to cook more and document it--especially since I don't have a meal plan. You are welcome to read my blog, but I implore you not to allow the term "foodie" to make you think I am some culinary guru.
