Introduction	Working as a school administrator is both challenging and rewarding. I can't think of anything more important than working with students, teachers and principals. I am lucky to have such a great profession. Also, I earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and teach as an adjunct faculty member at the University. This blog is created to provide a forum for the students taking those classes, but anyone is welcome to join the discussion.
