| Introduction | I am a 43 year old from Sebastopol, CA. I moved up to Pollock Pines a few years ago to live closer to trails and higher elevations. I have been competing in endurance events since 1988 and in Ultramarathons since 2002. I have a lovely wife, Kate who is a great runner and two dogs: Forest and Lucy. I work as the Executive Director for Caminar, a non-profit Mental Health agency in San Mateo, Solano and Butte Counties and was trained as a Psychotherapst. I am very passionate about my running and connect with God on the trails. |
