Introduction	I'm Iris, creator & owner of Healthy is HOT! I have a BS from THE Ohio State University (GO BUCKS!) in human nutrition, specializing in dietetics. My interest in nutrition sparked growing up chubby & then getting involved in sports in highschool and seeing the changes I made in my body. I went from a chubby middle schooler to a fit high school athlete. Then again to a chubby college student, then finally found a balance to be a happy & healthy adult. The more I learned the more I changed my habits and the fitter I became, the more I fell in love with sharing it with others. The goal of this blog is to be a place to motivate, celebrate, embrace, and love our bodies. We only get one, so let's treat it right.
