| Introduction | Kim James lives in Springfield, VA with her husband of 11 years and their two AMAZING sons. Kim is a former St. Louis Rams Cheerleader and educator. Her seemingly reckless nature proved to be courage unrefined in the hands of God as a beautiful story of restoration unfolds in ROG. Kim is the Founder & Pres. of the Dream in Color Foundation, which set the stage for the heart wrenching story of her pursuit of a lifelong dream. This journey turned into ROG. Kim is a life coach and motivational speaker using her story to inspire others to heal from their past and use the combination of their pain and passion to walk in their purpose. While DICF was formed to make performing arts education accessible to at-risk and/or socio economically disadvantaged children, God took her passion for the arts and her personal pain and molded it into purpose to open a group home for troubled teen girls, fusing art therapy into their healing process while sharing REAL Godly LOVE without judgment and condemnation.
