| Introduction | I'm Joe, an amateur cyclist with a keen interest in wine. This blog is devoted to raising the awareness of my plight to raise as much money as possible for a charity that is very much close to my heart - the Pebbles Project. Their purpose is to enrich the lives of children from disadvantaged backgrounds with special educational needs, especially those whose lives are affected by alcohol, through providing support and training to local wine farm and township créches and establishing after-school provision for older children living in the Winelands. Their work has impacted on hundreds of affected children, and this support continues to grow; numbering approx 500 children at present, and through contributions, however big or small, their essential work can continue.
