About me

Introduction	This is my thirteenth year teaching. I spent the first nine years teaching kindergarten. I absolutely loved kindergarten! I have taught third grade for the last four years. I didn't think I would like anything better than kindergarten, but third grade is FABULOUS!!! I have a Master's degree in elementary education and an Ed.S in Curriculum and Instruction. I have completed all of my course work and am almost done writing my dissertation. I will have my doctorate degree in Teaching and Learning in a few months! Woohoo!! This has been a long road, but I'm so thankful that I did it! I'm also gifted certified and get to serve our third grade G&T students for 30 minutes everyday.
