Introduction	I am 28 years old, having completed my Master's degree in American Studies at Purdue University in 2005. A native of Chicago, I have lived in Indiana and Alabama. I am an activist, have a life-long pursuit of knowledge,and am a writer who looks forward to being published someday.
Interests	I am a writer. I love creativity. I love music, dance,theatre,the list goes on. Beyond the generic, I am a life-long Barbra Streisand fan. Other interests (this is hard because my interests are boundless)include Pan-Africanism, things Jewish,bastardization,politics,spoken word,activism,great conversation, and reading good books, Malcolm X, Radical Revolutionary Change. Favorite movies	Funny Girl, The Owl and the Pussycat, The Prince of Tides, Yentl, The Color Purple, The World According to Garp, and The Way We Were. Favorite Television Show: Living Single, Project Runway, Everybody Hates Chris
Favorite music	Barbra Streisand, Nina Simone, Patti Labelle, DeBarge,Jazz, House Music, Latin Music(to dance to),and R&B. I love anything that catches my ear.
Favorite books	Possessing the Secret of Joy by Alice Walker, The Prince of Tides by Pat Conroy, The World According to Garp by John Irving
