Introduction	Lloyd Igane has held many jobs including goatherd, untrained teacher, feature writer, copywriter, cowshed cleaner, creative director, rabbit contraceptive peddler, accountant,used gold-fish bowl salesman, BS Artist and husband. He no longer divides his time unevenly between Nairobi and Kigali, having settled to a quiet life at Igane Republik in Athi River, where he built a thatched hut and raised a flag. Besides occasionally writing creative non-fiction, he grows his own food and researches on rabbit contraception. He also restores junk cars and rears chicken.
Interests	travel mostly, reading, learning a musical instrument, doing outstanding communication work.
